Vliv recyklovaného polyetylénu na kvalitu vyráběných lahví

Abstract

This bachelor thesis "Influence of Recycled Polyethylene on the Quality of Produced Bottles", focuses on the issue of the use of recycled polyethylene bottles in the production of polyethylene bottles and effect recycled polyetylene on quality. Quality there is understood as capability to abide the mechanical, visual and security features of bottles and the need to comply with the technological requirements for quality within company production requirements. After a brief introduction to the company and its history, we come to describe the basic types of plastics, especially polyethylene, which is used to produce bottles. The following is a description of the technology, a description of blow molding machines and their parameters. Then we explain the method of evaluation of nonconforming bottles and the most common types of defects. In the last part of this thesis, we will know whether use of recycled polyethylene has some influence on the quality of the manufactured bottle or not.
