Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti vybraného dopravního podniku

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness of the transport company TQM - holding s.r.o. with the help of the selected analyses. Recommendations for maintaining and increasing company competitiveness were proposed on the basis of the results of analyses. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the theoretical basis, that are applied to the company in the pracitical part. Methods that were used for evaluation are PEST analysis, Porter’s model of five competitive forces, financial analysis, Spider analysis and SWOT analysis. Finally, these methods were summarised and the recommendations were proposed.
