Abstract

This thesis deals with the issue of clarifying the starting three-phase asynchronous motor with softstarter. It further states the advantages/disadvantages of different methods using the voltage reduction for starting asynchronous motors. Starting motor with softstarter is analyzed in detail. Following section deals with laboratory measurements on an engine company Siemens, which aims to identify the necessary parameters of the engine, to calculate the substitute scheme. To obtain records of graph current (voltage) while starting an asynchronous motor with softstarter, I used a mini-battery oscilloscope Fluke. To measure the asynchronous motor supplied from a reduced voltage of autotransformer, was available measure system ended with a virtual system environment of LabVIEW program. This program allows you to record all the values of quantities needed to render the particular characters. Comparing of the current ratios while starting with autotransformer and with softstarter, I have examined the advantages/disadvantages of starting motor with softstarter. Evaluation of results is stated in the conclusion.
