Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the subsidies in the field of forestry. The aim of the thesis is an explanation of differences between subsidies and allowances, their significance, usage and financing form.

In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic terms of the forestry field are determined, and a character of subsidies and allowances is described and the differences are explained.

The practical part of the thesis involves a detailed description of a process when applying for subsidy or allowance and questions about subsidies and allowances are summarized; those questions were answered by workers of the Ministry of Agriculture, The State Agricultural Intervention Fund, Nature Conservation Agency of the Czech Republic and PLA Administration Beskydy.
