Elektronická kontraktace v praxi

Abstract

The thesis is concerning on electronic contracting in the legal system of the Czech Republic. It specifies it in comparison with classical written form of legal act both in theoretical point of view, but mainly in practical point. For this purpose are defined the most important institutes of electronic contracting which are electronic signature, data box and conversion of the documents. The electronic contacting is also analysed from point of view of self-employer, attorney´s office and supranational company. The thesis includes issues of electronic agents and partially issues of artificial intelligence and their application in contracting.
