Abstract

Communication is one of the basic managerial competencies. The theoretical literature points to the importance of communication in relation to the values of the organization. The quality of communication fundamentally affects the organizational culture of the organization. The aim of the presented work is to look for mutual relations between values and communication in the workplace. One of the basic premises of the work is the statement that values positively affect the quality of the organization. The research methods used in the work include a combination of a qualitative research method with a quantitative research method. It is therefore a mix of methods. The result of the study are recommendations on how to improve the communication of the selected organization.
