Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of sanitary technical installations in a newly built family house with a domestic wastewater treatment plant. The building is located in Vratimov, on Frýdecká Street. The bachelor thesis is prepared at the level of construction documentation and includes a text section, drawing documentation and appendices containing the calculations required for the design of the individual systems. The family house is designed as a two-storey building without a basement, with a pitched roof. The structural system of the building is designed as masonry. The design includes the internal water supply and sewerage systems, roof drainage, and the disposal of wastewater and rainwater on the investor’s plot. The thesis includes the design and sizing of the internal water supply system, determination of the water demand balance, design of domestic hot water preparation, sizing of the internal sanitary sewerage system, and the design of a domestic wastewater treatment plant and wastewater infiltration. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the drainage of rainwater from the roof of the building, the design of a storage tank and the infiltration of excess rainwater.
