Abstract

This thesis deals with the training of crisis management, establishes documentation for solving training and training in the Czech Republic. The work is aimed at describing a course of rescue and relief work in tornado in Krnov. Attention is paid to addressing them in terms of crisis management and on the basis of this event is created scenario training crisis management committee of the municipality with extended powers. The aim is to propose the concept of exercise is being cleared when the consequences of tornado in the area.
