Městský dům ve Frýdku-Místku

Abstract

Úkolem bakalářské práce byl návrh městského domu, který je součástí navrženého bloku dalších domů se dvorky ve Frýdku-Místku, nacházejícím se u ulice Slezská v blízkosti nedalekého vlakového nádraží. Tento blok společně s dalším blokem a budovami pro komerční a obytné účely vznikl v místech, kterým projde denně vysoký počet obyvatel. Cílem bylo najít nové využití pro stávající okolní historické budovy a v návaznosti na ně ucelit oblast a zvýšit její potenciál. Kromě nových budov došlo k vytvoření nového náměstí v této oblasti, do jedné z historických budov byla vložena funkce školy. Vzniklý objekt nárožního domu se zelenou střechou byl navržen s ohledem na životní prostředí a jeho velkou výhodou je blízká občanská vybavenost.

Důraz byl kladen na orientaci místností ke světovým stranám a jejich prosvětlenost, v rámci umístění domu. V první části je řešena architektonická studie stavby, druhá část se zabývá pozemním stavitelstvím.

The task of the thesis was an urban house, which is a part of the proposed additional block houses with yards in Frýdek-Místek, located at the Slezská street and nearby the train station. This block together with another block and buildings for commercial and residential purposes was created in the place, which has high daily passing through population. The goal was to find new uses for exisiting local historic buildings and follow them round off the area and increase its potential. Except of the new buildings, there was created new square in this area, in one of the historic buildings there was inserted function of school. The new object of the corner house with green roof was designed as the environment-healthy, and its great advantage is close civic amenities.

Emphasis was placed on the orientation of rooms to the cardinal and their well-illumination within the location of the house. The first part deals with the architectural study of the building, the second part deals with building construction.
