Návrh polyfunkčního domu na ul. Vysokomýtská, Choceň

Abstract

Subject of this thesis is to design a multifunctional building, technical solutions and an accessible transport infrastructure and use in an industrial zone on the outskirts Choceň, in the direction of Vysoke Myto. For this purpose, was analyzed at the current state of the area based on the collected knowledge and needs of the territory. The entire proposal was created with respect to future land development. Bachelor's thesis is prepared in the range of architectural and urban studies. The emphasis was on building a natural integration into the site, the ease of accessibility for persons with limited mobility or orientation, and solve the needs of people focus on the case and its surroundings.
