Vliv elektrochemického povrchového zpracování slitiny Ti6Al4V na její výsledné vlastnosti

Abstract

This master’s thesis examines the influence of electrolyte composition on the micro-arc oxidation of an additively manufactured Ti6Al4V alloy. The objective was to compare the properties of oxide layers formed in silicate and phosphate elecrolytes. The experimental part included analysis of morphology, chemical composition, roughness, wettability and corrosion stability. Results demonstrated that the silicate electrolyte produces thicker layers with higher roughness and significant hydrophilicity. This surface shoed better corrosion resistance and is optimal for cell adhesion. The study confirms that electrolyte selection in decisive for optimizing the surface properties of 3D-printed implants.
