Abstract
Thesis is "Usage of the Project Management in B2C“. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts.
Chapter 2 focuses on project management and its characteristics, its history, life cycle, which is further developed, and in each stage are mentioned methods that are used in the thesis. The most important is decision analysis, which has a major role in other uses of the work.
Chapter 3 deals with the analysis, when we introduce the history and analyze the environment in which the issue will be addressed. Furthermore, I introduce the basic relationships in e-commerce and focus primarily on the definition of B2B and B2C issues.
Chapter 4 is a practical part, where I propose solution of the project. We use methods such as logical framework, SWOT analysis, Ishikawa diagram. The whole project is designed in MS Project 2007 and it brings the necessary outputs.
The following chapters no. 5 and no. 6 are devoted to the end, when we evaluate the benefits of the thesis and evaluation of the objective, which was established at the beginning.
