Abstract

In this thesis, is solved the issues of management of municipal property in 1000 inhabitants in the years 2007-2013. It also was the EU programming period. It focuses on the performance of the municipal budget, on the revenue and expenditure side, and also the property that was acquired through funding of community acquired. Assessing the management of municipal property Hlubočec is the main goal of this work. Described, analyzed species breakdown of the budget, assets and liabilities, using mathematical methods, direct comparison method using coefficients and the multiplier effect. It was possible to use a method of comparing two communities and achieve the goals. Based on the data, it is possible to provide information for the village council. It is could affect some future decisions and development of the Hlubočec municipality.
