Abstract

The goal of this work is to analyze the present situation in motivation of employees in Triton TEAM. In theoretical part there are described the theoretical basis motivations. The terms are explained, related to this topic. The practical part consists of the company examining motivational tools and their perception of the employees. The views of employees were surveyed by a questionnaire. For this evaluation was used a frequency method. After analyzing of various questions there were created proposals and recommendations.
