dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je popsat benchmarking a aplikovat jej na vybrané průmyslové podniky. Průmyslové podniky jsou vybrány čtyři a jejich společným rysem je těžba štěrkopísku a písku. Záměrem benchmarkingu je pak tyto průmyslové podniky mezi sebou porovnat a pomocí matematicko-statistických metod stanovit jejich pořadí. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části: teoreticko-metodickou, která vymezuje pojem benchmarking a charakteristiku vybraných průmyslových podniků, a aplikačně-ověřovací, která se věnuje realizaci benchmarkingu, závěrečnému zhodnocení a návrhům a doporučením.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe benchmarking and to apply it to selected industrial companies. These four industries are selected and their common feature is gravel and sand mining. The aim of benchmarking is to compare these industries with each other and determine their ranking using mathematical-statistical methods. The bachelor thesis is divided into two basic parts: theoretical-methodical, which defines the concept of benchmarking and characterization of selected industrial enterprises, and application-verification, which deals with the implementation of benchmarking, final evaluation and suggestions and recommendations.en
