Abstract

The subject of the thesis is the evaluation of the control system of the Czech Social Security Administration. The selected time period is 2018-2022. The aim is to evaluate the effectiveness of control activities carried out by control workers, salary evaluation of these workers and the management of the Czech Social Security Administration. The content of the thesis is a description of contol in public administration, types of controls, administration and control activities of the Czech Social Security Administration.The conclusion of the thesis is a summary of findings from the performed analyses.
