Abstract

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to familiarize with contracts in Facility Management. The subject of the practical part of the Bachelor thesis is a block of flats in a city of Kopřivnice. In the theoretical part, individual types of contracts are described, as well as processes to their realizations, fulfilment of terms and their violation. Additionally, examples of grounds for cancellation of contracts with individual instances of their use in Facility Management are covered. Additionally, tenancy agreement with due necessities are analyzed in detail. In further chapters, issues of making contracts related to Facility Management and their definition in the context of regulation ČSN EN 15221. The practical part contains contracts related to the selected object and their import into the PIT FM program
