Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis deals with business plan in catering services. The theoretical part describes the general process of its creation and the fundamental theoretical basis. The practical part deals with the establishment of a particular company, its financial and other aspects, while simulating the first three years of its operation and its chance to succeed in a competitive environment.
