The subject of the bachelor thesis is a project and design of a new building of a two-storey family house for a four – member family. The design of the new family house is targeted at a project of internal sewerage and gray water, following treatment and use of gray water in the building for watering the garden and flushing toilets. The complete water treatment set consists of a system for recycling gray waters, a storage tank and a subsequent design domestic water supply. A thermal technical assessment determines the energy balance of an object that is completed by the building envelope label. The conclusion of the thesis is a basic economic evaluation.
