Thesis is focused on optimization of current suppliers evaluation system in TATRA TRUCKS a.s.The work is dividend into to parts. The theroretical part is focused on area of lean company, supply chain, purchasing and mainly on suppliers evaluation. The practical part analyzes the current state of suppliers evaluation. The result is a proposal to change the current system of suppliers evaluation, economic evaluation and benefits for the company TATRA TRUCKS a.s.
