Identifikace a analýza kompetencí zaměstnanců potřebných při realizaci konceptu Kvalita 4.0

Abstract

The main objective of the thesis is to identify and analyze the competencies necessary for the effective implementation of the Industry 4.0 concept. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the basic principles of the Industry 4.0 concept, with an emphasis on integrating Quality 4.0 into its framework. The section dedicated to the human factor then deals with the digitization of work processes and the gradual substitution of human labor by automation. The practical part of the thesis includes a review of articles focused on key competencies of employees in the context of Industry 4.0. The outputs of research from foreign and domestic literary sources are then compared with the results of a questionnaire survey among managers and with the content of framework educational programs for elementary schools, vocational schools, and grammar schools, as well as with study programs at universities focusing on quality management education. In conclusion, recommendations are provided for adjusting these study programs in light of the need to change the proportion of newly required competencies for the Industry 4.0 concept.
