Model predikce rizika klíšťaty přenášených patogenů na příkladu Jihočeského kraje

Abstract

This thesis describes the creation of a cartographic model, that determines the level of activity of ticks, probability of occurrence of a tick infected by tick-borne encephalitis virus or Lyme disease spirochetes, activity of ticks infected by these pathogens and the subsequent creation of maps as output of the models. The work describes all the input data, processing and involvement in the cartographic model. In the next step, the principle of the creation cartographic model and evaluation of the model output is decribed. The work is devoted to the theoretical fundamentals and the occurrence of ticks in the landscape, its behaviour and description of pathogens transmitted by ticks.
