Analýza a vyhodnocení ekonomické situace vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe financial analysis, to analyze financial situation of selected company, to compare this situation with situation of rival company and to suggest various arragements based on findings to eliminate defects. The work is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, terms as financial analysis, outline users of financial analysis, information sources and methods are characterized. Practical part consists of brief description of selected company and rival company and practical financial analysis, which contains horizontal analysis, vertical analysis and ratio indicators. At the same time, results of financial analysis are compared with results of rival company. At the end of practical part, the most serious problems of company are summarized and particular changes are reccomended. Methods as description, explanation and analysis are used in the first part of the thesis followed by analysis, comparation, deduction and abstraction which are mainly used in the second part.
