Zajištění požární ochrany v tramvajovém tunelu pod Bratislavským hradem

Abstract

Diplomová práca na základe dostupných faktov komplexne hodnotí existujúci stav zaistenia požiarnej ochrany v električkovom tuneli pod Bratislavským hradom. V úvode prvých kapitol práca na základe poňatia komplexného manažmentu rizík inžinierskych dopravných tunelových stavieb definuje najzložitejšiu variantu z pohľadu vzniku, priebehu a následkov mimoriadnej udalosti – požiar električkovej súpravy v priestoroch tunela. V prvej, tzv. teoretickej časti, práca presne popisuje a hodnotí požiarno-bezpečnostné úpravy navrhnuté na základe koncepcie bezpečnosti v roku 2007 a 2008 pred realizáciou samotnej rekonštrukcie tunela. Druhá časť diplomovej práce prináša, na úrovni požiarnej prevencie a represie, návrhy požiarno-bezpečnostných úprav, resp. zmien použiteľných za určitých podmienok priamo v praxi a zároveň tak nadväzuje na hodnotenie stavu bezpečnosti tunela popisované v teoretickej časti práce.

Thesis on the basis of facts available comprehensively evaluates existing status of fire protection in the tram tunnel under the Bratislava Castle. At the beginning of the first chapters, this thesis based on the idea of a comprehensive risk management, traffic engineering tunnel structures, defines the most complex variation in terms of origin, course and consequences of emergency - a fire of the tram trains in the tunnel area. The first, so-called theoretical part, the thesis accurately describes and evaluates the fire-safety arrangements designed based on the concept of security in 2007 and 2008 before performing the actual reconstruction of the tunnel. The second part of the thesis brings on the level of fire prevention and suppression; suggestions for fire safety arrangements, respectively changes applicable under certain conditions directly in practice and at the same time also linked to the safety assessment of the status safety of the tunnel described in the theoretical part of the thesis.
