Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to design a method of communication of the emerency call center 112 with hearing a defective person who solves the shortcomings of current ways in this communication. The thesis describes the operation emergency call centers 112, evaluating existing communication possibilities with hearing a defective person and describing their shortcomings. The thesis includes design for a more efficient way of communication by the communication scheme. This way of communication is described, includes an example of theoretical communication between the person requesting assistance and the emergency call center 112. It further defines the technical requirements needed for the realization of the communication and the necessary prerequisites for the practical implementation. At the end, there are summarized possible problems that might arise in this way of communication.
