Optimalizace elektrického modelu srdce

Abstract

The master’s thesis aims to expand the left ventricle of the cardiac artificial electrical model of the heart, which allows you to generate heartbeats by connecting to the development board NI Elvis II. By connecting a pacemaker, the inputs can be used to read both the heart pulses of the electrical model of the heart and the pacing pulses of the pacemaker. There is also a visual visualization of these events in real time. The control takes place through a clear, functional and responsive user interface of the Labview software environment, on the basis of which the resulting captured signals can be displayed and saved. The generated activity can be modified so that it is possible to simulate faults in the cardiac conduction system, using the user interface or by selecting suitable selected electronic elements. In total, the initial activity can be applied to three heart cavities - the right ventricle, the right atrium and the left ventricle.
