Abstract
Bachelor thesis assesses the delegated Competence of the municipalities, specifically in the town of Přerov in the Olomouc Region. In the theoretical part, which consists of two chapters, thesis summarizes the problems of delegated Competence of the municipality, executors and degree of delegated Competence, Administration of the Town. In the practical part, which consists of one chapter, the thesis evaluates financial and personal indexes in the municipality.
