Abstract
The graduate work is focused on the description and evaluation of current tools and methods relative to the purchasing management in company. The first part describes the function of purchase, the main tasks of the company business strategy, buying the basic objectivities and purchasing logistics. The second part is characterized by the possibility to reduce prices when shopping and purchasing division in the company. Aim of this study is to Compaq the strengths of each instrument used for shopping.
