Abstract

The thesis analyzes the training and development of employees in the Z – Group Steel Holding company. The aim of this thesis was to determine how Z – Group Steel Holding trains employees and on the basis of these findings to make recommendations for improvement. The theoretical part establishes a theoretical basis for employee training and development. The practical part characterizes the Z – Group Steel Holding, a.s. company and analyzes its employee education process. It also includes a survey, which reveals the employees' opinions on their education and development, and interview with the security oficer and subsequently evaluated analyzes. On the basis of all the information, recommendations are then made that could improve the company's employee education and development.
