Abstract

This work deals with principles and procedures of a activity PSAP in Ostrava. Legislation of the Integrated Rescue System and general knowledge about it are elaborated in the first part. The second part deals with specific actions and history of PSAP in Ostrava and the working of emergency calls to the individual workplaces. The future Outlook of the Integrated Security Center is also included in the work. In conclusion, the work is giving comparison of income and ways of addressing emergency call from the individual components of the Integrated Rescue System. Approach is the proposal for the optimal solution.
