Motivace zaměstnanců ve firmě MACTE spol. s. r.o.

Abstract

The bachelor thesis concerns the motivation of employees in MACTE company s.r.o. First goal is to evaluate the current condition of benefit system (salary, bonuses). This information will be researched by analysis of secondary data obtained from the company. As a next step, there will be made the research of employees satisfaction with these stimulants, and their oppinions on how these factors influence the level of motivation and their in-job behaviour, by using the questionnaire research. Second part of bachelor thesis concerns the MACTE company s.r.o characteristics. Third part then deals with analysis of motivation in MACTE company s.r.o. In the last chapter have been made various suggestions and recommendations, based on the previous analysis.
