Přínosy technické harmonizace a konkurenceschopnost firem

Abstract

In the article the role of technical harmonization, standardization and the rate of regulation is described. Recently, in the context with Czech Republic's entering the EU they have significantly affected the Czech legislation framework and they considerably influence the competitiveness and position of Czech business entities on the EU common market. The impulse to its publication is as well managed by the experience from their unsatisfactory comprehension not only by the entrepreneurial sphere but also by a wide academic community.
