Abstract

The bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of internet fraud and its perpetrators. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and specify different types of internet fraud, identify their causes, and characterize the profiles of the perpetrators involved in these criminal activities. The thesis also includes an analysis of the legal framework governing this area and proposes possible measures for fraud prevention. The research is based on qualitative methods, case study analysis, and a comparison of available statistical data. The conclusions of the thesis may contribute to a deeper understanding of trends in cybercrime and provide recommendations for improving preventive measures against internet fraud.
