Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of maintenance management of selected industrial company ABC and also the planned implementation of a new maintenance management information systems. Emphasis is placed primarily on the management of fault and preventive maintenance in a selected industrial company ABC. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the planned transition from two existing maintenance management information systems and the introduction of a new one, which will address the absence of interconnection and compatibility between maintenance information systems. Subsequently, a comparison of newly designed maintenance management information systems, analysis based on selected criteria, their weight evaluation and subsequent calculation, calculation of risk analysis, evaluation and recommendations will be performed.
