Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of an operational plan, that deals with a disruption of road traffic functionality in the area of Moravian-Silesian region. The core of the creation of the operational plan is the risk analysis, that I had processed before the formation of the plan itself. The main part of the thesis is constituted by the operational plan in which the methods to solve the disruption of road traffic functionality in Moravian-Silesian region including taking measures to prevent predicaments and the methods of employing forces and resources are processed.
