Využití adhezivních přísad do asfaltových směsí pro zlepšení přilnavosti asfaltových pojiv ke kamenivu

Abstract

Adhesive additives are used as incoming material in bitumen mixture initial type testing in that cases when insufficient adhesiveness of bitumen to aggregate is proved. Binder adhesiveness to aggregate is considered in case of incoming material testing before new bitumen mixture design. Adhession requirements of abrasive, bed and fundational tiers are mentioned in ČSN EN 13108-1 tab. NA-E.5.1 to 3. If aggregate doesn´t meet the requirements of this standart it is necessary to use the adhesive additives and check their working by adhesiveness assignment according to ČSN 73 6161. According to two independent requirements of bitumen mixing plants Obalovna Týniště nad Orlicí s.r.o. a Liberecká obalovna s.r.o. the subject of this bachelor thesis is check the usage of new adhesive additive AD-2 and its compare with now used additives Addibit and Wetfix BE on aggregate from Skuteč – Litická and Bystřec. The Environ company which is the manufacturer of the AD-2 additive is also interest in these comparition testing because of putting AD-2 on the market. I processed this bachelor thesis in cooperation with the TPA ČR s.r.o., Ostrava workplace laboratory, which has been asked by mentioned bitumen mixing plants to process the compare testing in case of processing the initial type testing.
