Abstract

Bachelor thesis is compiled on the topic monitoring of quality costs in company VÍTKOVICE MECHANIKA Inc. The theoretic part of the thesis explains problems of financial measuring in quality management system and approach to monitoring quality related costs. Afterwards, the current state of monitoring quality costs in the organization of heavy machinery is analyzed. The analysis result in fact, that quality related costs aren’t systematically monitored. Therefore is in following part proper model for monitoring these costs suggested and consequently is this model verified with accesible data during the period of years 2011-2013 . Recommendations for establishing quality costs monitoring in the company VÍTKOVICE MECHANIKA Inc. are mentioned at the end of this thesis.
