Některé otázky geologického vývoje svrchních hrušovských vrstev v české části hornoslezské pánve

Abstract

Bachelors tresis contains elaborated and evaluated informations about Upper Hrušov Member in the Czech part of the Upper Silesian Basin. Geological survey surface boreholes penetrating Hrušovs beds are sorted out. The first part of the thesis give basic informations about the Upper Silesian Basin – geological charakteristic, geological processes connected with its formation and detailed description of individual beds of Ostrava and Karviná Formations. The second part is dealing with the Upper Hrušov Member. Its definition, geological composition, lithological units, horizont with fauna and coal seams are described. In the third part are explained the working methods of data for calculating different parameters of the layers and strata as effective thickness or the creation of an evolutionary model. These models are explained separately in the next chapter. In the final part I have made maps containing the boreholes in full or not full of the Hrušov Member. Also We can find maps with the evolutionary development of thickness strata and other parameters.
