Bezpečnostní studie dostihových závodů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením bezpečnostních opatření v souvislosti s fyzickou ochranou při pořádání dostihových závodů a návrhem inovativních opatření. Úvodní část práce je zaměřena na související právní předpisy. V teoretické části jsou popsány bezpečnostní procedury a prvky fyzické ochrany při konání dostihových závodů. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu, identifikaci a posouzení možných bezpečnostních rizik a hrozeb při pořádání dostihových závodů. Dále jsou v práci navržena inovativní řešení fyzické ochrany vedoucích k minimalizaci zjištěných rizik. Následuje posouzení navržených opatření společně s ekonomickým zhodnocením jednotlivých variant. Na závěr je vybrána nejvhodnější varianta bezpečnostního řešení pro realizaci projektu.

The thesis deals with the security measures assessment in conection with the physical security while organizing the horse racing and proposal of the innovative measures. The introductory part is focused on the related legislation. In the theoretical part are described security procedures and parts of the physical security while organizing the horse racing. The practical part is focused on analysis, identification and assessment of the possible risks and threats while organizing the horse racing. Further, there are an innovative solutions of the physical protection designed to minimize identified risks. The following is an assessment of the proposed measures, together with the economic evaluation of the options. The conclusion is focused on selection of the most effective security solution for project implementation.
