Analýza procesu vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve společnosti Kooperativa pojišťovna, a.s.

Abstract

This thesis deals with the area of education and employees development pointing to the analyses of training and development of employees in the Kooperativa insurance group. The first part of this work presents theoretical principals of educational problems in this company. The second part analyzes current situation of the system of education in the Kooperativa insurance group and it is structured according to the particular steps of systematical training. It starts by identification of educational needs, planning and realization of learning process and it finishes by evaluation of the results and effectiveness of the educational program. The last chapter identifies the deficiencies of the systematic training in the company and it contains the recommendations and proposals for improving the quality of the human resources departments work in the Kooperativa insurance group.
