Zhodnocení investiční příležitosti ve vazbě na produktivitu práce

Abstract

The presented diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the investment opportunity, which is an automatic assembly bench and its impact on labour productivity. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and describes possible starting points for productivity and investment. In the second, practical part, the company Parker Hannifin Industrial s.r.o. is described, as well as the process of hydraulic motor production and the offer of an automatic assembly bench from the company Deprag CZ a.s. Furthermore, the practical part contains the evaluation of the investment opportunity for which the payback period method was used. In the final stage, the reason why it would be appropriate to revise other processes that follow the tightening process is described. The conclusion of the thesis describes the beliefs about the appropriateness of the investment acquisition.
