Abstract

In this diploma thesis is discussed the services provided by wedding saloons. These services are constantly demand and competition in this area is vast. The efforton quality of servicesdon’t brings only a satisfied customer, but also more customers and profit. Marketing research was realized by mystery shopping and observation. The results obtained from analysis were used to evaluation and comparison among themselves and also overall for each country. In conclusion the comparing of resultsof the Czech Republic and Polandwas accomplished. Based on these results suggestions and recommendations were developed that should help to improve service quality and consumer perception.
