Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to propose and implement procedure, by which one can obtain information about the liquid analyte in form of it's dispersion using the phenomenon of surface plasmon resonance (SPR). This thesis is focused on theoretical analysis of the SPR phenomenon in Kretschmann configuration, where in order to determine the dispersion of the analyte spectral dependence of reflectance for different angles of incidence is used. Methods used are first applied on theoretical model and subsequently on the data acquired from the experiment.
