Zhodnocení systému odměňování v energetické společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focus on the issue of remuneration in the energy company. The aim was to evaluate the remuneration system and propose recommendations for improvement. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the primary terms of remuneration and other themes such as human resource management, performance appraisal and motivation, which are closely related to the main issue. The practical part introduces the company, describes the system of remuneration and there were found the strengths and weaknesses of the company 's remuneration system with using the questionnaire survey method. In the end are recommended proposals to solve the issues with the remuneration system in the company.
