Abstract
Main goal of this thesis is to simulate different thermal turbulences regarding the three types of the chosen radiation source using various wave lengths. Thesis also deals with measurement of polarisation state of optical light beam influenced by mechanical and thermal turbulences. This matter was solved by pefrorming required measurements in the special simulation chamber. Data was statistically processed and evaluated. Performed study showed influence of different turbulences on the optical light beam. Primary result is data processed in transparent form of exploration analysis and graphic output. Final results were assessed and described in the last part of this thesis.
