Abstract

The bachelor work locates in tourism. Once of form tourism is spa. The bachelor work separate up four sections. The first section includes theoretic´s data of spa´s system and new trends of spa. I am apply findings theoretic´s principle to particular subject Lázně Darkov, a. s. I describe economy and customer servises of company and possibly competition in Moravian–Silesian Region. I give a summary the found informatic of Lázně Darkov in SWOT analyse. SWOT analyse restrains Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of company. This analyse create basic of new strategy development health´s tourism.
