Zhodnocení kvality služeb e-Governmentu v České republice

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of eGovernment services in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, basic terms related to the topic are explained, the development of legislation in this area is described. The next part of the thesis is devoted to the introduction of individual quality assessment tools. In the practical part, the reader has the opportunity to get acquainted with the analysis of evaluation and quality using indexes. The analysis of the Czech Republic is carried out in comparison with EU and V4 countries. Outputs from individual analyzes and investigations are subjected to evaluation and assessment in the last chapter.
