Abstract

In this dissertation I propose use of modern trends occurring in road cargo transportation in the Czech Republic that results from transport policy of the Czech Republic for period from 2005 to 2013. Following factors analysis that affects road cargo transportation and examination of Czech state transport policy with European Union policy, there are factual strategic aspects resulting, which may, while executed and implemented, contribute to general improvement of integrated transport system in Czech Republic. It is also expected that thanks to the stimulation of development potential the facilities of the territory with such transport infrastructure, which will discharge posed claims and create conditions for competitive strength of Czech Republic will herewith increase quality environment not only in the people life but will also minister to increase an interest of foreign investors or tourism.
