Ekonomické zhodnocení rekultivace ve vybrané lokalitě

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zahlazováním negativních důsledků hlubinné těžby na životní prostředí, metodikou a finančními rezervami sanací a rekultivací. Konkrétně řeší problematiku původní rekultivace odvalu Jeremenko v Ostravě, kde veškeré dosavadní snahy o jeho zalesnění nebyly úspěšné. Pro předpoklad realizace nového zalesnění, které by mělo být úspěšnější než zalesnění původní, jsou navrženy 3 varianty rekultivace odvalu. Obsahují návrh dalšího postupu rekultivace, propočet finančních nákladů a ekonomické zhodnocení. Nejvhodnější varianta je doporučena státnímu podniku DIAMO, odštěpnému závodu ODRA k realizaci.

This thesis deals with remediation of the negative effects of underground mining on the environment, methodology and financial reserves for sanitation and reclamation. Specifically addresses the issue of the waste pile reclamation Jeremenko in Ostrava, where all the previous efforts on its reforestation were unsuccessful. Prerequisite for the implementation of new reforestation, which should be more successful than the original reforestation are proposed 3 variants of waste pile reclamation. The three variants contain proposals for further action of reclamation with necessary calculation of financial costs and economic evaluation. The Best option is recommended to DIAMO state enterprise, branch office ODRA for further implementation.
