Abstract

The topic of the present Bachelor’s dissertation „Competitiveness of the Company and its Future Perspective" has been chosen, as competitiveness is being a global problem. The goal of the present Bachelor’s dissertation is the analysis of AHOS CZ s.r.o. competitiveness, especially in the field of inner and outer resources. The first, the theoretical part is going to deal with the description of the analyses of company competitiveness, concept of competitiveness in micro economy and macro economy, competitiveness strategy and entrepreneurial environment. In the practical part of the dissertation individual analyses are going to be applied with company AHOS CZ s.r.o.. The first performed analyses is PEST analyses, further analysis will be carried out Porter's five competitive forces, and as last method will be used SWOT analysis. In the closing part there are suggestions and recommendations, which might improve the position of the company on the market.
